Booking type Hard booking ✎ Pencilled in

Hard booking – the works are definitely happening on these dates and you need the surveyor there. Once confirmed, the surveyor commits to being on site.

✎ Pencilled in – a tentative hold while dates aren't firm yet (e.g. waiting on a pour, weather or approvals). It lets the surveyor plan around it. Edit it to a Hard booking, or withdraw it, as soon as you know.
